for Rajasthan GNM Admission Form has been issued. This advertisement has been
issued for General Nursing and Midwifery training course for which application
forms have been sought in online mode. Online applications for this will be
filled from 27 December to 10 January 2025.
Online
application form for admission in government/private nursing schools for
General Nursing and Midwifery training course in the training course session
2024-25 from date: 27/12/2024 (10 am) to date: 10/01/2025 (midnight) Are
invited.
Rajasthan
General Nursing is a training course after which you can get good jobs either
in the government sector or the private sector, for which you can fill out the
application form in online mode. Both female and male candidates can apply for
this. Reservations are provided for both; 80% of the seats are reserved for the
female category, while 20% of the seats are reserved for males.
Rajasthan GNM
course is 3 years which also includes 6 months internship. The duration of GNM
training is also fixed for 3 years for permanent employees working in Medical and
Health Department.
Rajasthan GNM Admission Application Process
The
application for Rajasthan General Nursing and Midwifery Training Course will
have to be filled in the online board, for which first of all you have to
carefully check the information given inside the application form, now you have
to visit the official website of Raj Health or State GNM.
Here you have
to click on Apply Online and fill all the information asked in the application
form correctly. To fill your application form, you can go to the nearest
eMitra, from there you can fill the application form properly.
After
completing all the information, you have to click on Apply Online, pay the
application fee and take a secure printout by clicking on the submit button
given below.
Rajasthan GNM Admission Selection Process
After
the candidates apply online for the Rajasthan GNM admission, the department
will prepare a state-level and district-level merit list. Following the online
counseling based on this merit list, candidates who are found eligible will be
allocated training centers based on their preferences for the vacant seats in
the training programs, according to their rank.
Rajasthan GNM Admission Reservation
According
to the letter number P 7 (1) Personnel / K-2 / 2017 dated 23.06.2019 from the
Personnel (K-2) Department, a reservation of five percent will be provided for
the Extremely Backward Classes and ten percent for the Economically Weaker
Sections (EWS), as per the detailed notification (latest certificate must be
attached). Local Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes candidates in the
scheduled areas will also be granted reservation according to the detailed
notification. Reserved categories will benefit from the reservation as per the
rules of the state government during training. The number of seats is variable
based on the total number of seats/institutions. A list of government/private
nursing schools and the number of seats allocated for admission will be made
available on the departmental website before counseling.
Age Limit for Rajasthan GNM Admission
For
the Rajasthan GNM admission form, the age limit as of 31.12.2024 should be a
minimum of 17 years and a maximum of 28 years for males, and a minimum of 17
years and a maximum of 34 years for females. Candidates belonging to Scheduled
Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes will receive a relaxation
of 5 years in the maximum age limit as per regulations. For admission under the
departmental quota, the maximum age limit for permanent personnel candidates
will be 35 years, while the maximum age limit for permanent female health
workers (ANMs) will be 40 years.
Educational Qualification for
Rajasthan GNM Admission
According to the guidelines issued by the Board of Secondary
Education, Rajasthan, Ajmer, it is mandatory to pass the Senior Secondary
Examination from a recognized board. Candidates from the Biology group
(Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) will be given priority. If candidates with
the above-mentioned science qualifications are not available in any category,
then candidates from other subject groups who have passed in the same
caste/category can be included and selected based on merit for the remaining
vacant seats.
For
general and other backward class candidates, a minimum of 40 percent marks is
required, while for candidates from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, a
minimum of 35 percent marks is mandatory. (A verified copy of the mark sheets
must be uploaded with the online application, and if a supplementary
examination has been passed, the mark sheets of both the main and supplementary
examinations should be scanned and uploaded as well.)
Rajasthan GNM Admission Fee
For Rajasthan GNM admission, the annual fee for the General and
Other Backward Class (OBC) male candidates is set at ₹10,500, while the
application fee for other categories is ₹4,200. This fee applies only to
government training institutions.
If
you are filling out your form through a private training school, the fee is set
at ₹66,000 per year.
Additionally,
please note that a fee of ₹500 is required to participate in the counseling
process, which is non-refundable.
Application Fee for Rajasthan GNM Admission
For filling out the
Rajasthan General Nursing Admission form, candidates from the General, Other
Backward Class (OBC), Extremely Backward Class (EBC), and Economically Weaker
Section (EWS) categories will have to pay an application fee of ₹220, while the
application fee for other categories is set at ₹110. The payment of the fee
must be made through the e-Mitra CSC center.
